Speedy time on the treadmill. I added some weights afterwards, not bad.

OK, this is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks that I have pigged-out. I simply cannot make it if I continue like this. I must re-focus and capture the discipline that I had for the first 5 weeks. I know it is inside of me.

Exercise led the way this week, but I need more discipline on food to take the next step.
