I went a little further than 2 days ago, my body is still sore. The key is doing the new strength training workout myself either tomorrow or saturday.

Sunday Weigh-In

Start Weight: 200.25 lbs

Current Weight: 192.50 lbs

Weight Lost: 7.75 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 20.50 lbs

Last week I wrote: "2 1/2 more pounds are gone forever!"

Not so fast tubby, I gained 3 pounds basically in one day. That is not discipline

What is discipline is having the balls to post this. Now I can still reach my goal, but I gotta lose big this week and make it stick.

Saturday (Day 34)

I went to a housewarming party, ate many cookies, brownies, and lots of beer. I lost weight this week too and I threw it away on Saturday night.
