Today was a cinch. Tomorrow and Sunday will be a little difficult to navigate, but I've lost this week again, so I must keep this momentum going.

I could have done more and should have done more. I will be back at the gym tomorrow morning and there will be some weights.

Felt hungry today, but I felt pretty damn focused too!

Had to cut the workout short to talk with the personal trainer. I think this is going to work out quite well.

Clearly this was the worst day of eating so far, but 34 is really not that horrible. I went to the Suns game tonight and brought some granola bars with me, which is much better than going to the concession stand and getting a hot dog or nachos. I also know that I will back tomorrow, stronger and fiercer than ever.

Good effort this week. I was oh-so close to removing 2 pounds this week. I can do it next week, if I can throw in some hiking and keep running 2 miles/5K every day, I can really put the pedal to the metal.
