A little slower on the treadmill tonight, I think a 5K run might be in the cards for Sunday.

Excellent! I was over yesterday, and made a quick correction. I will be going to Tucson on Saturday, so this is the first "out-of-town" challenge. There is a weigh-in on Sunday, and I must not disappoint. NO EXCUSES!

Treadmill - Time: 16:44 Distance: 2.00 miles
Bench Press - 135 lbs - 3 sets of 7
Inclined Sit-Ups - 2 sets of 10
Curls - 2 sets of 10 (60 lbs)

I felt quite sharp on the treadmill tonight. I think I'm starting to regain some of that conditioning I had back in April/May/June

....No gym tonight, I had to move a new TV into my place (well the TV is used, but it is new to me!). I'll be back at the gym tomorrow (Thursday).

The good news is that I did more reps on the bench press. The bad news is that I pussed out at 1.5 miles on the treadmill. I will not be going to the gym tomorrow. I'll be back on Thursday.

I'm impressed that I held it down to 20 points once again. I do feel a bit hungry and should feel no shame in using the extra points.

Another 2 miles in the bag. I'm feeling the effects of running harder, more often. I have more energy when I run. I need to deliver a 5K run here soon though, if I am serious about reaching 172 lbs.

Dominating......I am dominating on food right now!!!! I am now allowed only 25 points a day for food, now that I have permanently dropped below 200 lbs.

What happened at the gym:

Curls - 2 sets of 10 60lbs.
Bench Press - 135 lbs - 3 sets of 7

Not bad at the gym today. The important part was the 2-mile run, I need to better my conditioning, each 2-mile run will help.

Sunday Weigh-In

Start Weight: 200.25 lbs

Current Weight: 194.75 lbs

Weight Lost: 5.75 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 22.75 lbs

Now is not the time to ease on the throttle. Typically I reward myself on Sundays with a treat. It will be critical in a couple of weeks to tighten the belt on Sundays, so it's best to start that practice early on. It's time to crush the windpipe of the opponent (fat).
