Doing ok, gotta make it count Friday and Saturday to reach the Sunday weigh-in.

What happened at the gym:

Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .89 miles
Treadmill - Time: 13:16 Distance: 1.50 miles

I went a little further than 2 days ago, my body is still sore. The key is doing the new strength training workout myself either tomorrow or saturday.
