I was one over by accident, forgot about Subway.

What happened at the gym:

Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .88 miles
Treadmill - Time: 11:07 Distance: 1.25 miles
Ab Crunch - 2 sets of 20


I was sore after Monday's workout. I hope to return to form later this week.

I guess you have your own personal trainer but I favorite thing of mine to do at the gym is sprints. On the treadmill I do a min at 9-9.5 mph and then 45 sec at 4.5-5 mph and then 15 sec to ramp up to 9-9.5 again. I usually do an incline of 2 and I hope to bump that up. It make me sweat and it encourages me to push my self by upping the speed or incline. My problem of late has been stagnation in my work out. It takes drive and focus to keep it fresh, push weight and speed and move quickly from one exercise to another to keep my heart rate up on weights. I'm sure having a trainer does a lot to keep you moving though....best of luck, I rooting for you!
