Friday (Day 19)

Shit! I need to learn how to count, I thought I was right on target with 25 points for the day, looks like I was over! Tomorrow is very important. There will be the temptation to go off the reservation tomorrow. I passed the "out of town" test last Saturday, this is another test that I MUST PASS!!! Looking forward to Sunday's weigh-in.

What happened at the gym:

Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .93 miles
Treadmill - Time: 17:41 Distance: 2.00 miles

Inclined Sit-Ups - 2 sets of 20 (I hold 15 lbs of weight on each sit-up)
Curls - 70 lbs. 1 set of 10, 1 set of 7

I felt really good running the 2 miles today. I could have gone further, and should have! No gym tomorrow due to work, I will be back on Sunday!
