Right on target again. Friday-Sunday is my weak spot when it comes to eating. I must stay strong this weekend. I got on the scale today and I am down this week, so I need to go out there the next three days and make it count for Sunday's weigh-in!

What happened at the gym:

Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .94 miles
Treadmill - Time: 27:05 Distance: 5K

Bench Press - 145 lbs 1 set of 7, 1 set of 6, 1 set of 5

5K again, very happy! I will try to make a run at 5K tomorrow, but I'm not sure I will be able to do it. Every day I feel better conditioned. It's amazing the change I have made in just 18 days.
