The level of focus has been amazing. I will be challenged on Saturday, I have to attend a 12-hour meeting. I will be prepared!

What happened at the gym:

Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .91 miles
Treadmill - Time: 27:31 Distance: 5K
Bench Press - 135 lbs - 3 sets of 7
Inclined Sit-Ups - 2 sets of 10

I finished my first 5K on the treadmill in quite sometime. This is big. I need to reach the level of doing 5K every day. I will gun for it tomorrow, but I will likely only do 2 miles tomorrow.
