Felt hungry today, but I felt pretty damn focused too!

What happened at the gym:

Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .91 miles
Treadmill - Time: 17:40 Distance: 2.00 miles


Had to cut the workout short to talk with the personal trainer. I think this is going to work out quite well.

I want to go to the gym tomorrow. I am looking forward to an intense workout on Saturday regardless!
