Today was a cinch. Tomorrow and Sunday will be a little difficult to navigate, but I've lost this week again, so I must keep this momentum going.

What happened at the gym:

Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .91 miles
Treadmill - Time: 17:41 Distance: 2.00 miles


I could have done more and should have done more. I will be back at the gym tomorrow morning and there will be some weights.
