I'm impressed that I held it down to 20 points once again. I do feel a bit hungry and should feel no shame in using the extra points.
What happened at the gym:
Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .94 miles
Treadmill - Time: 17:30 Distance: 2.00 miles
Another 2 miles in the bag. I'm feeling the effects of running harder, more often. I have more energy when I run. I need to deliver a 5K run here soon though, if I am serious about reaching 172 lbs.
