Sunday (Day 7)

Dominating......I am dominating on food right now!!!! I am now allowed only 25 points a day for food, now that I have permanently dropped below 200 lbs.

What happened at the gym:

Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .94 miles
Treadmill - Time: 17:35 Distance: 2.00 miles
Curls - 2 sets of 10 60lbs.
Bench Press - 135 lbs - 3 sets of 7

Not bad at the gym today. The important part was the 2-mile run, I need to better my conditioning, each 2-mile run will help.
