Sunday Weigh-In

Start Weight: 200.25 lbs

Current Weight: 194.75 lbs

Weight Lost: 5.75 lbs

Weight Left to Lose: 22.75 lbs

Now is not the time to ease on the throttle. Typically I reward myself on Sundays with a treat. It will be critical in a couple of weeks to tighten the belt on Sundays, so it's best to start that practice early on. It's time to crush the windpipe of the opponent (fat).
