Tuesday (Day 9)

Almost identical to yesterday, I just added a single granola bar.

What happened at the gym:

Elliptical - Time: 6:00 Level: 6 Distance: .94 miles
Treadmill - Time: 13:05Distance: 1.50 miles
Bench Press - 135 lbs - 2 sets of 7, 3rd set of 8
Inclined Sit-Ups - 2 sets of 10
Curls - 2 sets of 10 (60 lbs)

The good news is that I did more reps on the bench press. The bad news is that I pussed out at 1.5 miles on the treadmill. I will not be going to the gym tomorrow. I'll be back on Thursday.
